MicroDens - Portable Precision Density Meter

MicroDens is a portable density meter that measures density and concentration directly in the field with ±0.0001 g/cm³ accuracy.

It requires only 1 mL of sample and delivers stable results in under 10 seconds, eliminating the need to transport samples to the laboratory. 2.8" touchscreen display, rechargeable battery with 10+ hours of autonomy, weight 380 grams.

It features a base package with standard parameters and specific packages for Food & Beverage applications. Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity for data management via MicroDens DataLogger software.

How to take a precision measurement

Rinse the cell 3–4× Flush the cell with 3–4 cycles of ~1 mL to condition it with the sample.

Sample detection SmartStabilizer The system automatically detects the sample change: after 3 consistent readings it signals "Detected".

Store Data The reading stabilised automatically by the SmartStabilizer algorithms can safely be saved on the instrument or exported via BLE.

Every fluid has a characteristic density. Even minor variations indicate changes in composition: contamination, dilution, degradation, adulteration. Measuring density means verifying that the product is exactly what it should be.

Every industry has its own units, its own scales, its own reference fluids. MicroDens is not limited to pre-defined methods: you can create fully custom methods, choosing the two parameters to display, the reference temperature, the thermal correction coefficient and the measurement mode.

Every measurement can carry a sample identifier. From quick field checks to full multi-batch traceability.

Each template maintains its own independent counter. You can work with multiple series in parallel — WINE-@@@ and BEER-@@@ never overlap.
